Dubai Sports Council (DSC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Etisalat Academy to enhance cooperation and initiatives aimed to boost the local sports sector.
The memorandum of association was signed at DSC’s premises by Dr Ahmed Al Sharif, Secretary General of DSC, and Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Qaidi, Acting Director of the Etisalat Academy.
Dr. Al Sharif explained that the agreement confirms DSC’s endeavour to boost common efforts with sports, economic and educational cooperation.
“DSC enjoys deep-rooted relations with the Etisalat Academy, which is considered as a pioneering entity in UAE as it provides valuable sports and tourist services beside other helpful programs and initiatives,” he said.
Dr. Al Qaidi said: "This MOU comes as part of the Academy's strategic plan to establish strong ties with leading organisations such as Dubai Sports Council."
By virtue of this memorandum, the Etislat Academy will provide training during championships hosted by DSC.
